Who are we?
We are the first brand for frozen whole wheat bhakri paratha in India and its supply and distribution across countries.
What do we do?
We are manufacturer, exporter and distributor of speciality Indian bread "Gehu Bhakri" - a simple recipe which is a heritage of our family. There are many flatbreads available in market but they are made of refined flour mostly. We observed market for other wheat products and saw that they are mostly mixed with 50% or more with other flours or maida and here we felt the need of a product which uses pure wheat. Also, bhakris in India are made of other grains than wheat which gives it sort of brittle structure. This made our women in family to experiment in the kitchen and come up with a bhakri made of wheat which can be used as breakfast staple and even compliment rich meal accompaniments. Speciality of this flatbread is that it remains soft for long period of time. So we knew soon that we have a market fit product and started selling it as frozen flatbread which is cooked, ready to eat product and just require reheating in pan/oven.

Ingredients
Our Bhakri is made up of India's best quality wheat. The best part is that Indian wheat is not bleached and therefore is more preferable than any other refined flour flatbreads. No khameer (baker's yeast), bread improver or preservatives are added therefore it is safe to consume on a daily basis.
Key points
We make sure that our product though frozen is not compromised in its home made taste and consistency. Therefore it has zero maida, ONLY 100% WHOLE WHEAT and is made with utmost hygiene.
